Hormonal balance plays a key role in how we feel as women – influencing our energy, mood, sleep, and inner stability. When stress increases, the nervous system becomes overloaded and hormonal balance can be disrupted.
This retreat supports you in gently restoring that balance. Through Hormone Yoga, Yin Yoga and mindful movement,
your system begins to slow down, regulate, and return to its natural rhythm. Surrounded by pine trees, sunlight, and the calming sound of the sea, you are immersed in a natural thalasso environment. The ocean air, mineral-rich climate, and steady rhythm of the waves support deep relaxation, regeneration, and better sleep.You practice in a yoga shala with direct sea view and sunset, breathing in fresh ocean air while moving, resting, and reconnecting with yourself.
In your free time, you can fully follow your own rhythm – rest on the sun deck, read by the sea, swim, or simply enjoy quiet moments for yourself.October is one of the most beautiful times by the sea – warm, mild, and sunny, perfect for swimming, slowing down, and enjoying nature without crowds.

Practice
Each person comes with a different body, rhythm, and experience. The practice meets you where you are and supports your individual process. The focus of all sessions is on breath. Breath connects movement, Calms the nervous system, and supports hormonal balance.
Hormone Yoga activates and balances the endocrine system, while Yin Yoga allows deep release and regeneration.
Together they create a gentle but effective way to restore energy, inner stability, and well-being.

Things to do (optional)
Boat tour:
During your free time, you can enjoy a boat tour, with prices depending on the route. The boat trip is a panoramic cruise with stops at neighbouring destinations of interest and beautiful islands. You will visit 2300-year-old Trogir, which was founded by the ancient Greeks and later under the rule of Rome and Venice. In 1997, the complete old town of Trogir was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. Next is Mulo lighthouse at the entrance to Rogoznica Archipelago. One of the oldest active red lanterns of its kind, It was built by the Austro-Hungarian navy in 1873. On the way there, it is not uncommon to meet dolphins.
City trips:
Sub-Art Yoga offers day trips to world heritage cities Split (Palace of Diocletian), Šibenik (Venetian fortification system)
and Trogir (complete old town).
Trip to Krka Waterfalls:
Sub-Art Yoga can also organize a day trip to National Park Krka Waterfalls,
if you are interested, hiking trips are possible as well.
