Introduction

Mindful Transformation - Time for you! Time for being substantial! What does that mean?

I will accompany you as awareness coach, Yoga instructor and integral  life coach for six days on a journey to yourself. At a very special place you will finally have the opportunity to ask yourself good questions about you and your life. You will encounter awareness in different forms. At times very silent, at times quiet lively.

 

I will familiarize you in different ways with meditation and breathing techniques and of course we will extensively enjoy Yoga. There will be partner practices and sharing whithin the group. On top of that you will have the opportunity to book an additional One-to-One coaching.

 

You can let go from your every day life in way that strengthens you by leading you to your sources of power. You will recognize because you will get more conscious and will get richer because it confronts you with yourself and the group. The daily topics we will deal with intensively are: joy, self-love, vitality, freedom, peace. The retreat is designed to make you feel good all around, to reflect, to move and to nourish you. Time for the group as well as all for yourself.

Practice

We practice Yoga, we meditate and we work in smaller and bigger groups or just you for yourself. You will broaden the awareness of your body. We do yoga, we swim, we hike for your emotions. We listen, reflect, write and communicate for your spirit.. There will be lead meditations and breathing practices. We will relax in silence.

Things to do (optional)

Wellness:

Sub-Art Yoga offers wellness (massages and physiotherapy) during the retreats. Times can be arranged individualy with the therapist and fitted into the daily schedule of yoga and other activities.

 

Hiking:

We offer guided hiking tours to destinations in the surroundings of the Sub-Art Yoga house as well as the further vicinity of middle Dalmatia. Routes and skill level can be agreed on individually with the guide.

 

Boat tour:

During your free time, you can enjoy a boat tour, with prices depending on the route. The boat trip is a panoramic cruise with stops at neighbouring destinations of interest and beautiful islands. You will visit 2300-year-old Trogir, which was founded by the ancient Greeks and later under the rule of Rome and Venice. In 1997, the complete old town of Trogir was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. Next is Mulo lighthouse at the entrance to Rogoznica Archipelago. One of the oldest active red lanterns of its kind, It was built by the Austro-Hungarian navy in 1873. On the way there, it is not uncommon to meet dolphins.

 

City trips:

Sub-Art Yoga offers day trips to world heritage cities Split (Palace of Diocletian), Šibenik (Venetian fortification system) and Trogir (complete old town). 

 

Trip to Krka Waterfalls:

Sub-Art Yoga can also organize a day trip to National Park Krka Waterfalls, if you are interested, hiking trips are possible as well.

 

SUP (Stand-Up-Paddling):

Stand-Up-Paddling lessons including equipment rental.
