As a yoga teacher, it is very important to me that the retreat participants develop a good body awareness and learn to take care of themselves. Through body awareness we understand how to use our body as an instrument to get more energy and a good mood, to keep fit and healthy and to find relaxation in stressful times. We are able to do good for ourselves and do not have to wait for favorable circumstances.
For me, yoga is power and relaxation at the same time. Ecstasy and inner peace. Strength, grace, zest for life and gratitude for what is there. I experience working with the chakras again and again as a source of inspiration for my life. Throwing old limitations overboard and reinventing yourself again and again.
